success. Job SummaryResponsible for leading a corporate marketing
function that includes working with business functions to ensure
branding consistency across the organization. This could include
managing projects that reflect the brand. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies: Lead the
development and implementation of Equinix's brand strategy,
ensuring alignment with the company's overall business
objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define brand
positioning, messaging, and guidelines that resonate with our
target audience.
- Drive brand awareness campaigns: Develop and execute integrated
brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate Equinix's
value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
- Leverage your expertise in B2B brand strategy to create
impactful campaigns that drive brand recognition and
preference.
- Enhance brand perception: Develop strategies to enhance
Equinix's brand perception among key stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and industry influencers. Identify
opportunities to improve brand sentiment and develop initiatives to
positively influence brand perception.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams: Manage
relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the
successful execution of brand campaigns. Collaborate closely with
internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align
brand strategy with demand generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance: Establish key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand
campaigns and initiatives. Regularly analyze brand performance data
and provide actionable insights to optimize brand strategy and
drive continuous improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related
field.
- Proven experience in B2B brand strategy, preferably in the
technology industry.
- Strong agency background with a track record of successfully
managing agency relationships and delivering impactful brand
campaigns.
- Deep understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics,
with the ability to align brand strategy with demand generation
efforts.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling brand
narratives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and
insights to drive informed decision-making. The United States
targeted pay range for this position in the following location is /
locations are:
- San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $179,000 to $304,000 per
year
- California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York,
New Jersey, Washington state: $172,000 to $293,000 per year
- Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $159,000 to $271,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire
pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and
location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or
training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your
recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your
preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay
range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus,
equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity
