seeking a skilled and collaborative product manager with experience
to lead our personalization initiatives. You will enhance customer
experiences and scale up the technologies behind our marketing and
communication tools, including emails, notifications, and SMS. Your
contributions will be pivotal in achieving Empower's objectives,
such as increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty,
all in support of Empower's mission to guide clients to financial
freedom. Your role entails crafting the vision, pinpointing
opportunities, establishing goals, shaping customer/marketer
interactions, and rolling out new features.What you will do:
- Own and define the vision, strategy and product roadmap for
personalization experiences and platforms at Empower
- Identify leapfrog product features, leveraging forward thinking
technology, data, tools (including ML or AI) and industry best
practices that will provide a significantly differentiated value
and best-in-class experience to our clients
- Create and evangelize a product vision and own a multi-year
product roadmap, including prioritizing and driving backlogs for
launch with your dedicated engineering teams
- Communicate the vision, strategy, execution plan and customer
impact/learnings to all stakeholders including the highest levels
of leadership in the company
- Collaborate closely with the full cross-functional team (e.g.,
marketing, product, design, engineering, platform, data,
compliance, risk, finance and operations) for your line of business
& initiatives, to help execute on the strategic vision
- Understand Empower's business goals, the competitive landscape,
and design products that align with our mission and vision
- Constantly challenge the status quo and identify opportunities
to move faster and more efficientlyWhat you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience leading major (digital)
direct-to-consumer products and working collaboratively with
engineering, design, and research teams
- Previous experience with personalization engines and/or MarTech
cross functional teams
- Technical savvy with marketing systems and ability to partner
closely with marketing leadership
- Full stack "operator": ability to both create an execute the
business and product strategy; with clear objectives, but limited,
ambiguous, or varied direction
- Excellent communication skills, storytelling, and
organizational skills that instills confidence in senior leaders,
cross-functional partners, and peers
- Relentless follow through and commitment to do the right
through and do what you say
- Passionate about tackling complicated and impactful customer
problems! You do right by them, always
- Critical, analytical thinker and comfortable analyzing data and
pulling out key insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plusWhat

- Proven track record of navigating through the full product life
cycle, integrating customer feedback in requirements, driving
prioritization, and pre/post-launch execute
- Experience in the fintech industry with demonstrable knowledge
of industry best practices

advancing our business priorities.Base Salary Range$92,400.00 -
$130,500.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to
maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed.
Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus
program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in
some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far
exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual
compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon
geographic location, work experience, education, licensure
requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time
