Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing within the Telecom and Devices domain. This hybrid role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for IoT Gateways ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
• Oversee the testing of Wi-Fi systems identifying and resolving any issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Provide expertise in testing Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of Customer Premise Equipments ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of all components.
• Monitor and report on testing progress identifying any potential risks or issues.
• Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to ensure thorough and accurate testing.
• Provide detailed documentation of all testing activities including test cases results and any defects identified.
• Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure all testing activities are completed within the specified timelines and budget.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  Qualifications
• Possess a strong background in IoT Gateways Wi-Fi Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and Customer Premise Equipments.
• Have experience in the Telecom and Devices domain which is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Show proficiency in using advanced testing tools and methodologies.
• Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment.
  Certifications RequiredISTQB Certified Tester Certified IoT Professional or equivalent certifications.
