Job Description:
The High Rise Project Engineer works to coordinate all
pre-construction and construction related activities related to all
applicable projects.Client DetailsOur client is an international
real estate developer with a presence in Denver, Colorado. They are
a culture focused company and believe in innovation and and open
door policies.DescriptionThe High Rise Project Engineer will be
assisting with the following:
- Work closely with team to maintain project compliance of
scheduling, quality/safety control and other related
activities.
- Compile and organize plans and files. Review project to
understand scope of work.
- Track submittals to match the Critical Path Method (CPM)
schedule to ascertain procurement and delivery of all material for
the job.
- Follow up with RFI's for the design team.
- Develop pricing and overall pricing strategies, work closely
with team in the development to ensure accurate estimates and
assumptions meet project requirements.
- Review and interpret documents from the architect on an
on-going basis. Determine additional costs, the impact to the
schedule, etc.
- Observe all areas of the construction jobsite in performance of
the listed duties and expectations.ProfileA successful High Rise
Project Engineer should have the following:
- 4 year degree in Construction Management or related
- 2+ years in Project Engineer role
- Able to read and understand specifications and architectural
drawings.
- Positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions with
others
- Forward thinking mindset to push innovation
- Experience on high rise multifamily or commercial construction

experience - salary typically between $70,000-87,000 depending on
experience
